The NJELSA makes no guarantees regarding the volume, quality, or outcome of any referrals generated through participation in the program. Provider understands that participation does not ensure business opportunities or member engagement. Provider understands that participation in the program does not give Provider any "exclusive" with respect to any service, and NJELSA shall not be restricted from allowing similar or competing providers to participate in the Program. Provider agrees not to use the name, logo, or branding of NJELSA in any marketing materials or communications without prior written consent. The amount paid to be part of this program is nonrefundable. |
